Buffalo Chicken Dip
Buffalo heat, blue cheese, cold celery for dunking. 25g protein.
The game-day dip, made with so much chicken it's basically a meal: tangy buffalo heat, a cool ranch-style backbone from dill, garlic and onion, melted sharp cheddar and funky blue cheese on top. Greek yogurt and a little light cream cheese keep it creamy without the usual grease slick. Bake it in cast iron and bring the skillet straight to the table.
