Garlic Butter Steak Pasta
Steakhouse sear over garlic butter linguine. 49g protein.
A whole sirloin seared hard in cast iron, rested, then sliced over linguine tossed in the pan's garlic butter and drippings. The trick is the fond: the browned steak bits dissolve into butter and starchy pasta water to make a sauce that tastes like a steakhouse side, using only 2 tablespoons of butter.
