Chicken Pad Thai
Tamarind-sour, chewy noodles, a serious load of chicken. 51g protein.
Proper pad thai is sour, salty and sweet in that order, and tamarind is what gets you there (ketchup isn't invited). A pound and a half of chicken plus eggs makes it a serious protein plate, and soaking the noodles instead of boiling them keeps them chewy, not gummy.
