Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Orecchiette
Crispy sausage coins and broccoli that melts into sauce. 46g protein.
A weeknight riff on the classic from Puglia: the broccoli cooks in the pasta pot until some of it collapses, then gets mashed into a garlicky, chili-flecked sauce that catches in every little orecchiette cup. Browned chicken sausage coins, lemon and Parmesan finish it. Big flavor, two pans, almost no chopping.
